Return Policy
We want to ensure a hassle-free return process for you. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns:
We accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label intact (except for non-returnable category items).
Please note that we do not offer exchanges of any kind.
To qualify for a full refund, return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. The 7-day return window begins on the day tracking shows the delivered status.
Items must be shipped back to us within 7 days of initiating the return request. For split package orders, the return window starts from the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Return Processing Time
After we receive your return, please allow 5 - 7 business days for processing.
Make sure to include your return authorization number with the return package. This helps us identify and process your return efficiently.

Order Cancellation Policy
You can cancel and receive a refund for any orders that have not yet been fulfilled.
However, once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before submitting it to avoid any inconvenience.
If it's too late to cancel, you can still return the package following our return policy once you receive it. Please refrain from opening the package if you intend to return it. For comprehensive details on our return policy, please refer to the information provided on our website.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
In such cases, we'll hold off on reshipping the order until we receive the correct address from you. Please note that you'll be responsible for covering all additional shipping costs incurred. Unfortunately, we're unable to refund these costs.
We kindly ask you to double-check your address before placing an order to prevent any delays or complications in delivery.

Please note that address changes are not guaranteed depending on the status of your order. Once your order has been fulfilled, we cannot make any changes.
Lost or Delayed Delivery Policy
We understand that delivery delays can be frustrating. While we strive to deliver on time, sometimes unexpected events, which are often out of our control, can cause delays.
However, please know that we're still committed to ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.
Here's our policy for lost or delayed deliveries:
- You can file a claim if there's been no movement on your tracking info for 15 days straight.
- To start your claim, contact our customer service team at support@fadfashions.co within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- If your claim is approved, we can either resend your order (if it's available) or refund you.
- We'll keep you updated on your claim's status throughout the process.
- Claims won't be considered if you gave the wrong address or weren't available to receive the delivery.
We aim to resolve claims within 7 business days of approval, but sometimes it might take longer due to factors like product availability and carrier times.
